Why
would you buy a condo in the current market ? And why buy
a new Beachfront / Oceanfront condominium:
In
quite a few areas homes are over inflated 80-90%. But Jacksonville
and the beaches never went over 30%. They are not making any
more Oceanfront in Florida and as the Baby Boomers retire
where do you think they are going to go?
I went to see Town home Condos on the Intracostal that start
at 1.1 Million and there are only 20 of these 4 story units.
Only 4 are left and there still under construction. The number
one reason people buy condos on the Ocean is for Investment.
The other reasons are: People find peace and serenity when
looking out at the ocean. A Beach Community is fun and active
with all sorts of people and active with events. There are
always great restaurants close by. Walking on the beach is
the best...Especially with someone you care about. And then
there are those sunrises on the east coast that are so spectacular.
Then there are the other reasons like vacations and renting
them out and making money.
