Welcome to Jacksonville, Florida!
Why Move to the Jacksonville / St Augustine FL Area?

First let me say that I love living in Jacksonville. Mostly because the weather is so perfect and the winters are so mild. I have spent time in south and central Florida but for me it is just too hot down there. Here there are so many things to do no matter what you like. Boating on the St Johns river or the intracostal waterway, the beaches and downtown. Historic San Marco and the oak trees of Mandarin. With the new areas that are being built like Nocatee and Riverview and new gated 55 plus communities and beautiful new homes to be built it just keeps on getting better.

Why?
